Lazy Sunday

Spotted a full length mirror in a vacant bathroom so naturally I took advantage of this rare combination and whipped out my iPhone for pictures. The weather has been really forgiving relative to other days in the Bay Area this weekend, allowing me to get away with just a semi-thick sweater (no layering needed for once). Outfit is casual per usual so my pink/peach crossbody does the job in adding that subtle pop. I don't know why I haven't owned any bags in this color until now- it's such a sweet and girly color!

First Week

Okay, I know it's a little wimpy of me to not write much over my break even though I said I would. I figured it would be a little redundant to post pictures on my blog while also having them accessible through my Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Weirdly enough, it's actually a little difficult  to determine how to delegate material through these various tools of social networking. I've decided to revisit my previous approach: blog about anything and everything, which ultimately fulfills my purpose of having a lifestyle blog.

With that being said, it's only appropriate I have a celebratory blog post about getting through my first week of my last winter quarter of my last undergraduate year at UCD (did you catch that?). Since I'm currently registered for six courses, with the intention of dropping one once I decide between International Macro or Investments, it's pretty amazing I was able to discipline myself to attend all of them. Of course, the first week of school of any quarter can't come to a close without paying a visit to Downtown Davis and indulging in happy hour. Best believe I'm taking advantage of this tempting amount of downtime and soaking it all in because it's probably not going to come around again any time soon.
